that much cardio is too much, the most a hour a day, even less if your lifting, your muscles swell for days b/c your feeding them rather well. keep your carbs wheat and oats and the majority during the day,get some fatty acids flax seed oil i swear by,i take in 2000-3000mg a day depending on how often i remeber to take it.Green tea will help,i'm not going to say it's gunna be like a thermogenic but it does help lose the fat, along with a load of other benifits to your body. Also try within a 35-60 min cardiio sesion to mix it up go high intensity for a few, then low, high, med.,high, low every couple of min like run for 2 min walk for 1,run for 3 walk for 2,run for 1,walk for 2,run again for 3(get the point) as for your lean meats thats good, but try not to have pork(long to digest) and eat fish between 1-3 times a week.I disreguarded veg. earlyer obviously eat some,i always forget them. i hope this helps ya out

eating too much i wont go that far,b/c eating every 3 hours or so will keep your metabolism running but you are taking in enough protien to build muscle, cut the carbs at night you said you weigh 155 try to eat about 100-120g of carbs a day maybe 90-110 if that doesnt work.I can't stress the majority of the carbs in the day enough, between your first 2 meals since your eating 4 times.

btw calcium helps lose weight.so some dairy wont hurt, skim milk cottage cheese are good, even a 1/4 cup of ice cream is ok

Goals: loss of 15-20 lbs. with BF% 15-17 overall and to sculpt the lean body mass I already have. I think loosing some weight initially will boost my self-esteem and keep me motivated. B/C of improper dieting I believe my metabolism has slowed and it will take more of an effort to loose the weight this time around.

your diet looks fine.. the biggest problem ive learned about people either trying to gain weight or loose it is their impatients.... people trying to loose weight will start to exercise and eat right and then check the scale every night and find out there not losing weight that fast so they quit and sayed those famous words " i tried, but it didnt work" in my opinion.. its really all in ur head...do this.... stay on ur diet and ur workout rountine (make sure ur working out right though, enough cardio, ect..) ...when u know ur eating right and working out right forget about the whole loosing weght thing... and go on with ur normal life.. keep on the routine but just dont think about it...dont check the scale every day or even a couple of days.... only check it like every 2 weeks and u will be amazed... u woulda forgot about that ur trying to loose weight and when u get on the scale u woulda lost weight and be amazed..lossing weight seems to be easier when ur not thinking about it 24/7...keep on the diet and training and it will work, it just takes time like with everything else in this world.. nothing happens over night....
