I have watched Anna's Tv show in the past. I must say, she is acting much different than she did in the show. She is still a dumb blonde, but her speach is slurred and she isn't even speaking close to correct English and she has never, that I have seen, done that before.

I'm not sure all that litigation has concluded yet, she got awarded $450m, then it was overturned etc etc

It does as you say completely revolve around whether the old guy explicitly left her any money, verbally or otherwise. I'm not a legal proffessional so I wont try and get into that but one thing is obvious in my opinion, she knew what her plan was.

As for whether she was successeful, thats another question!
