Just to update......Some of you may remember not too long ago a post I put up about my gf's mother being arrested for embezzling money from work and being VOP (violation of probation)! Well she is out of jail now, after being in there for a month, and on house arrest! Her parents gave her part of her inheretence to pay all of the money back and pay her fees and fines totalling around $64,000.
While in jail she wasn't being given her meds for restless leg syndrome and at some point during a night that she was in jail she broke her foot and did not receive medical attention. Her doctor and lawyer had filed all the proper paper work for her to receive her meds but the assholes in the jail wouldn't give them to her and once she broke her foot they wouldn't let her see a doctor! Now she is out and had to have the bone in her foot rebroke and set! Her attorney is filing a lawsuit against the jail.
