I'm having trouble walking due to my sore ass quads from front squats. my shoulders are black and blue from holding the bar from front squats. i have a painful pinch in my left bicep. my chest is still sore from 3 days ago. my lower back is just starting to feel better from the deads i did 2 days ago. im 19 years old and i have more pain then the average 80 year old. that is all

lol, thats not even including the gas and stomache probs from the eating...my left bicep hurts the most, going to stay off it for a while....constant pinch.Last edited by Slashmonay; 11-16-04, 01:34 PM.

at least the presence of lactaic acid in your muscles triggers your body to similarly release growth hormone... besides that, take care of yourself. i've been using heat pads a bunch lately and have followed the advice of a massage therapist i know. Take a sock and fill it with rice, tie off the end. stick it in the microwave for a little and it'll hold the heat nicely for a while so you can apply it to sore muscles. better than spending money on disposable ones, and i always have a matchless sock or two around.
