watched it about a month ago. after watching i went out and got 3 double quater pounders. what you have to remember is the guy in the movie went from being a vegitarian to eating that shit for 3 meals a day. he dosent workout and he dosent have any muscle to maintain.Originally posted by Slashmonay

i on the other hand go to Mcdonalds once a day and get 3 double hamburgers. i have alot of mass to maintain and the only way to do that is by calories. i dont drink soda or eat fries. i simply eat the 3 double hamburgers for the extra cals.

your body sheds dead skin cells every minute, every hour, every day....it adds up...i think I read somewhere that the average human sheds a pound of dead skin cells a year or something like that. I'll have to look that one up again. Dust mites feed off of your dead skin cells and love to lurk in your carpet and in your sheets and your matress. And I'm not talking about a few....try millions of em!! Both are so small they penetrate your sheets and yes down to your mattress. Doesn't matter if you have sheets or how much you wash them!! They are so small you breathe them in, that is a major cause of peoples allergies. This is why I have a mattress cover that supposedly that shit can't penetrate, it is for people with allergies. ( though my allergies are just as bad...go figure) This is also why I hate carpet, if you think about all the microscopic dirt and debris and the little organisms that feed off them and in turn can make you very sick...it is enough make me want to vomit! Thank god I have tile.
