SHF im going to be honest with ya here brother. Please know that I am not flaming you at all. I think you are a great bodybuilder and a good guy to boot.

From the above pics, you were not at your best. Not as many cuts showing and an overall watery look. You also dont look as full in the arms shoulders as in the past.

I would say that you looked better in the Jr Nats.

I definitly think that you should keep doing the show. I feel that you were not at your best and its only a matter of time until you make a big splash at the nats.

Great job at building your body up. I respect all the hard work you put into that endeavor. Don't give up man because in the end it will all be worth it. That and you had the balls to step up on stage and show off what you earned through hard work.
