  • Cheat day.

So, I bet tomorrow is gonna be a cheat day for 99% of the people on this board. I've told myself I'm gonna try to eat quality calories, but we'll see. I printed out a recipe for a pumpkin pie protein pudding to have for dessert. I guess I am trying to bulk so it would be OK to cheat.

So, is everybody else cheating tomorrow?

You bet your sweet ass I am. I'll eat any damn thing I want. Only thing I will do is spread it out over the day about every 2-3 hours like usual instead of eating a ton all at once. Now that I eat like that it makes me sick if I eat a shitload at one time.

I usually cook my Thanksgiving dinner healthy but I will splurge a bit. Making rice pudding and pumpkin pie. It'll be a carb up day. :D

I got a big fat turkey breast and will cook it skin on but in the rotisserie oven. I figure once a year won't kill me.

Hubby always takes off and trains early on Thanksgiving day while I start cooking. He's got some nerve, huh? ;)

Yeah, that's my plan, too. I figure I'll do a killer leg workout and get by metabolism up good shortly before dinner. That way I can get away with a little more than normal. I can't wait for my protein pumpkin pudding!

Hell my gym is closed so no work out. I might run on the beach while the mother-in-law and wife are cooking. Then again I may just sit my fat ass down and play GTA San Andreas with the bro-in-law.

It's not even a cheat day for- it's so far beyond cheating it's not even funny. Every Thanksgiving, my family makes bets on how much weight I will gain during the day. I have to weigh in after I eat breakfast but before the appetizers are out, then right after dessert. I usually gain 7-10 pounds. Maybe this year I will try to keep it at 5 lbs. But who cares, it's Thanksgiving!
