    I am definitely under the standard 10,000 calories most people enjoy around this time for the year, but I can feel my skin swell because of all the salt...I can taste it in my mouth, and feel it in my fingers. I am sure glad my gym was open until 2pm today. I went and got a workout and 40 minutes of Stairmill-7000 in before I ate....

    I feel like one of those parade balloons....SOMEONE SAVE ME FROM "FREE-WILL." :rofl:

    Is anyone feeling like I do right now?

    I feel it right now too. Im glad I did a lot of morning cardio before I started eating :D

          who cares??? its thanksgiving.. happens once in a year.. i absolutley love it and no matter if i did cardio or not my mom makes the best food EVER!!!!

              On a scale of 1 to 10 for over-eating I would give myself a 7. Definitely over did it but not as bad as I have in the past. The worst is all the food that is still sitting around. It's hard not to keep going.

                I don't react well to a lot of carbs and dairy. At dinner I had stuffing, accorn squash and pleanty of cranberry sauce so I was feeling way too full even though the quantity wasn't a lot. Then later I had coffee with milk and some rice pudding and my belly swelled up like a hot air balloon. I drank some water and took a hot bath and feel a little better but the belly is still gurgling away. The food was yummy but not worth the aggrivation I'm feeling now. Someday I'll learn. LOL

                  I don't think I ate more than 500 extra calories yesterday. I did a hardcore leg workout than had my metabolism way up so my body blew through any food I fed it!

                    I guess im different. I eat alot all the time anyway. Im not really a fan of turkey and stuffing and all that. I bet I ate less cals then usuall.
