well, i have to say, these guys are my friends, but they're damn idiots. they haven't even picked up a weight in like two years and they just started doing Fina and they expect to just become superman off of it. kind of a stupid topic but shit, it pisses me off because they think they know what they're talking about. there's four of them, and anytime i ask them anything about it they look at me like i'm some kinda damn idiot or something. they don't even diet right and they work the same muscles like 4 times a week without working legs! any of you guys know anyone like this??

There's always a few like this in every gym. Going from couch potato to strong mofo in a hurry due to AAS is a great way to get a serious tendon injury. These connective tissues take much longer than the muscles do to strengthen...when the muscles start exerting greater forces than they can tolerate...SNAP!

yeah, and these dumbasses seriously think that because they see people that actually know what the hell is going on with AAS get big that they just can too instead of actually working for something. i still don't know too much about AAS but even before i joined the board i knew a little bit more than that. its ridiculous.

have you seen the SNL skit on steroid users with scrawny legs doing a talk show? I think the name of the show was "how much ya bench?"
there are a few people whose program are suspect at my gym too, for all i know they may eat right, but this one guy is a complete palm tree... huge deltoids and upper body, scrawny ass legs. i once saw him on the leg press doing 1/8 rep motions on it, i'll give him the benefit of the doubt because he may have leg or back injuries making it difficult, but i seriously doubt it cause he runs and jumps just fine.

this is the best one when your doin a exercise like bi's and next to you is a guy with 60lb d-bells rockin a swayin to get them up and i have 45lbs doin them correct flexin at the top and all. they look at you like somethings wrong cuzz im bigger but they have more weight. i feel like tellin them there doin it wrong but i dont wanna seem like a dick.

Whats even better is when you have 60lb dumbbells, curling with correct form! At that point they put there shit down and move to the other side of the gym. Instead of trying to figure out the right way, they cower away like the stubborn idiots they are and do there antics somewhere away from you so that they don't look as foolish (so they think). I've been working out in the same gym for 7 years. Started out at 185lbs with a good base, and with hard work and determination, I'm at 245 now with 12%bf(been on AAS for 2 yrs). The reason I say that is, through the 7 yrs these same two guys have been working out there and haven't added a pound of muscle, as a matter of fact sometimes they look as though they've lost it. Its a big show, they psych each other up and get underneath the wide grip pull downs with the whole rack stacked and grunt and yell and thats about it, not much movement at all. Then they get up and look around all mean like they are bad asses. It pisses me off enough to give me a good workout!! Teeny bopers come in to the gym where I work out, not a day over 16 years old, because schools out. They talk loud saying stupid shit, acting tough, giving tough guy stare downs to people that could swallow them whole...pises me off. They can't even do a shoulder press and are talking about cycles & mixing up gear and getting huge. Don't even know how to eat too. They'll come over to your bench press start taking off plates like they are in charge don't even look to see who is working out there. A Buddy of mine blasted a teeny boper one day at the gym he is also a cop. Told the kid to put back the "FUCKIN" plates on his bench or he'd "throw him out the window" the kid was acting like a tough guy too mouting off with a guy who is huge, lucky for the kid the guy is a cop, and didin't go to far my bro would have put a fucking beating on him outside if there wasin't so many witnesses. Kids now a days are screwed in the head, too much T.V. & media bullshit! they all want to be gangsters & thugs born in the ghetto. Like a Mike Tyson story, They're only getting worse!
