    2 cans of tuna
    gallon of water
    protein shakes
    maybe steak or ground turkey/beef tonight... dont know yet

      Breakfast: Shake with 1/2 cup OJ, crushed ice, 1/2 bananna, 2.5 scoops vanilla whey. About 50 g protein, 35-40 g carbs, 4.5 g fat.

      Meal 2: Tuna melt with a whole can of Tuna + 2 slices potato bread and 1 slice American Cheese. About 45 g protein, 45 g carbs, 15-20 g fat (mostly from the mayo and cheese).

      Meal 3: Shake with 2.5 scoops whey, 1 scoop orange V12. 50 g protein, 11 g carbs, 3.75 g fat, 4 g dicreatine maleate, 3.5 g Taurine, and other V12 stuff.

      Meal 4: Another tuna melt as in meal 2.

      Meal 5: Another shake as in meal 3.

      Meal 6: Barbeque chicken with peas and carrots

        I ate clean all day....2 chicken breasts, a pound of eye of round, whey shakes....but then after my back workout, it got home to discover my wife had picked up a few boxes of chocolate covered cherries in brandy.

        I don't know if they were supposed to be for us during the holidays or if they were meant to be gifts...but I just couldn't resist. I opened a box and ate four of the tasty little calorie bombs.

        Will know what purpose they were meant for around 10pm when the wife gets home from work...will let you all know if there is any fallout.

          Over the course of the day I ate 4 pignoli nut cookies that we made last night. :D They are soooo good!


          and

          a protein pancake

          beef with onions and mushrooms over lentil rice

          tuna

          chicken, potato and green beans

              Just got home from Cheese Cake Factory and Cold Stone Creamery. Bout to have some eggs and oatmeal in about an hour.

                Ham,bacon,eggs, and cheese Hot Pockets

                Lunch:
                Four cheese pizza Hot Pockets

                Dinner:
                Scrambled eggs with biscuits smothered in butter

                Dessert:
                Ice cream cake
