How's the Christmas preparations going for ya?

I'm wayyyy behind. I haven't got my lights done outside and my daughter started those over a week ago, hope to get em done tonight. I've hardly done any shopping but Stromba's gift is coming together nicely (a creative work in progress). My mom baked a ton of Christmas cookies and I'm doing my best not to eat them all. I got my tree up and decorated but my daughter's tree still needs to be finished. I've never been this late and disorganized for Christmas before.

Honestly, I am one of those guys that waits till the last minute! Lights are going up this weekend but the shopping will be done next weekend!

I am all done outside and the Christmas tree is all up and ready for presents. All the shopping is done all we have to do it wrap the presents and put them under the tree. So i am good to go

I left all the decorating for the woman she likes doing that suff. As for shopping I'll probably end up at the mall on christmas eve as usual.

Its so hard to stay happy around christmas, I buy presents for everyone and then my wife takes my bank card and buys me more presents "my bank card arghhhh I would rather keep the money....lol

That's cause the tree is still normally up from the year before. :P

Betty and I arn't doing x-mas this year. We don't normally do much anyway since we are always away for the holidays. With her out of work this year we decided not to do any gifts this year. We will just have creative ways to show how much we love each other. :kiss: :smooch: :doggy:

Im right on target . I wait until Xmas eve every year to shop. My best friend my brother and I have made it kind of a tradition. Get drunk and shop.

I haven't done any shopping yet. I'm pretty much relying on my christmas bonus. If I don't get one this year, then no one gets any presents. I'm going to be doing some last minute scrambling.

You've got a point there. I've always kept my daughter's tree fully decorated and just hidden in a closet and one year I kept my tree up for the entire year, just moved it into a less used room. Well, this summer Stromba dissassembled my daughter's tree and lost a piece, so I had to buy her a new tree. My old tree is so wide that I wanted a smaller tree, plus it's hidden in the garage behind the hurricane window wood so I couldn't get to it, so I got myself a new tree too. So, my late decorating is definitely Stromba's fault. :D
