Italian Greyhounds

Ok I was at the mall today and seen these IG's for the first time. They are so freakin cute. Did some reading up on them when I got home.

I would like to know if any of you has them as pets or knows someone that does and what yours or theirs opinion are of this breed.

I had a friend that had one. Very good dog. It seemed that this dog needed to run though. They are very active dogs, but listen well.

IG's are very good dogs! They need alot of space to run though!

they're very delicate dogs. i know someone with 2, they do not need to be exercised like regular greyhounds. they're lap dogs.

i've heard of many stories of their legs breaking by jumping up and down on sofas and shit like that.

not a breed i'd recommend.

A few yrs. ago a woman was shopping and she had an IG puppy in her jacket. They look kinda weird to me.

Yea I read that on a web site. Happens alot I guess. Thought the puppy was cute but definitely not the dog for me. From everything I have read, they are a cat trapped in a dog's body.

Man are those stores in the mall over priced for pets. Would never buy one there.
