Letter to my neighbor

Dear Neighbor,

Your child should be in bed by no later than 9:00 I don’t know how many other ways we can explain it to you. We both work and we have a 9 year old child who’s bedtime is 9 o’clock. Many mornings I have to be up before 6:00A.M. To repeat what my wife already said, these walls are paper thin which means we can hear everything you say and the wooden floors vibrate every footstep. Obviously you have a small child and some noise is acceptable but we hear nothing in the way of you trying to calm him down (remember we can hear EVERYTHING or lack there of). If this persists you will be hearing more from the police and after that DSS. The landlord has decided to just let you slide but I will not. We have put up with a noisy out of control neighbor child once already for a full year. It will NOT happen again.

Yes, I agree totally.....people are assholes....its actually a law...you have the right to quiet and enjoyable habitability when you are in a rental situation. The landlord is in breach of that law if you have reported it to them and they haven't done anything about it.

well I have quite a few police friends who work second and third shift who are usually bored and I am sure would love to come scare the crap out of this junkie. LOL I also know a few DSS attorneys who could scare the bejesus out of her with false tips that I would place. I am not fucking around this time. I need my beauty sleep.

Just thought of this...

We live in a town home. My new neighbor's side of the driveway is double wide. Cars can pull up on the side and stay out of our way. Well, they have parties every night on the weekends. The people seem to not realize that someone lives next door and every night I am trying to leave or come home, I have to move my wife's car to get in the garage.

So, I figured that I can give them a hint and instead of moving my wife's car, go up to the door and start bugging them to move their cars so I can get in. So far this has not worked. They fail to realize that they can park on the side of the road too instead of the driveway. My next step is going to be the townhome association and then after that, I have already talked to a friend about having their car towed because it's on my property.

he said we have "rabbit ears". I asked for a reduction in rent and he basically sloughed it off. He will be getting another letter from me shortly that will also go to the better business bureau as well as the landlord association. he will also get the police at his door step as they are going to get tired of me calling them and I will tell them to take it out on this old crotchedy man!!! hehe

I would just pull out my .40 and shoot some tires out, LOL. I get real pissed around bed time. Or I would call a few friends over and just flip the car out of the way.
