I feel its better to say ok, go for an hour or so, a few times a week, that way when your home you feel better, which equals better environment for all. :)
Exactly how I feel about it. Chase is already in daycare and being exposed to only God knows what, but we know that these people at his daycare take the necesary precautions to fight germs throughout the day, where as at the gym we have no idea how they clean or how often.

He's only going to be in there like an hour/hour and a half. He's far more likely to pick something up from daycare.

That's what I keep telling her but she is more hard-headed than me. It's like talking to a brick wall when it comes to Chase's well-being.

That would be a negatory on that! 5:30am is way to early and not only that but while she is getting ready, I am making Chase's breakfast, getting him dressed, combing his hair, brushing his teeth......etc. He is harder to handle in the mornings than in the evenings....then again, who isn't?:P

I do not do new years resolution. However I have to say I hate the surge at the gym from all those resolutioners.
