I would just like to say that those kids are friggin messed up. But it's not right to wish them dead because of it. A human life is worth infinitely more than the life of an animal, so it's not cool to say that the boys should have been the ones killed. That's friggin messed up too. Please don't missunderstand me, I love animals too and it made me want to cry when I heard about it, so I understand where you're coming from. Anyone who thinks it's funny to do that to a dog has some serious issues. As I stated in another thread, I think it would be appropriate to remove their nuts. We don't need any more stupid kids doing stupid stuff like that.

For those kids to mess with an animal that cannot defend itself is more than just fucked up! They should endure the same shit that they put on that animal and then gutted and put on display for people to see! If that shit had happened in my neck of the woods they would have paid with their own lives and buried on my property or sent through the wood chipper while they were still alive! I would feel no remorse for killing a human that tortures a defenseless animal!

You don't eat animal meat then?

I'm not saying that people that eat meat are condoning ill treatment of animals, just that your opinion seems a little strong to be believable if you are a meat eater. That would at least seem to indicate that you have less respect for their life than human life, unless you eat people.

I say that in respect to pets not livestock! And if they had tortured a cow or a pig I would feel the same way! I do eat meat but I will not kill it to get it!

there is nothing cool about hurting anyone or thing unless it is called for. imo, this is a case it is called for. if i would have pulled a stunt like this my dad would have literally fucked me up. no parental control, reason or logic was involved in this case.

i don't kill animals, but i do understand population control, if you hunt that is your deal. That isn't a torture act. IF the person is a decent hunter one or two shots does it. You don't see Johnny Deerhunter out there with a goddamn skateboard beating a deer now do you. So trying to argue about hunting, food or anything other than this being an act of torture is pointless.

And as far as decency when trying this kids, send them to a Animals Rights Rally and see who walks away. I garuntee that someone would get hurt.

Like I have said in a post before. torturing animals is one good sign of an antisocial behavior, which many times, turns into much more. Sometimes major arson, domestic abuse or even murder. These social behaviors are not to be taken lightly, even if it isn't a "human".

you aint' lyin man, my friend was nearly killed by one just last week!!! his dad raises deer and hunts too, and this big ass 12 point had killed another deer in the pen and my friend went in to look at it and that bitch pinned him up against the wall and was getting after him. luckily there was a guy outside cleaning the pool to go get his dad to come out with him so they could get the deer off of him or he'd be killed.

So, you're telling me that humans and animals are on the same level and should be afforded the same rights. THAT'S FUCKED UP!!! That's the most offensive bunch of horse shit. I agree that torturing animals IS NOT OK. But for crying out loud let's keep this in perspective. Those kids are stupid and should be punished accordingly, but DON'T YOU DARE TELL ME THAT THEY DESERVE THE SAME FATE AS THAT DOG!!! What the hell is wrong with you? Rip out their fingernails one at a time...yes. Chop off their dominant hand...sure. Send them to juvie for a while...absolutely. This behavior definitely needs to be dealt with because as shortz said, it is a sign of something that could lead to things like domestic abuse and/or murder.

And for the record, the most heartless thing I have ever seen is the body of an aborted baby after a partial birth abortion. Why is it that it's a misdemeanor to abuse a dog, but perfectly legal to kill an unborn baby? We can't or won't afford the same rights to an unborn child as we do a fuckin dog? Like I said, I love animals and people who abuse them make me angry too, but what the hell.

Oh yes, one more thing.

No one else wanted the dog, so Animal Services killed it. How cruel is that? Killing a dog just because it's unwanted. Those dumb ass kids didn't kill it, it didn't die from the wounds they inflicted, it was killed because it was considered a burden. So that makes it worse to say that the fuckstains should be killed because that means their punishment is much worse than their crime. That wouldn't even happen if they had tortured their grandmother with a skateboard. I doubt if you would have the same reaction to that. Dammit, now I'm mad.
