  • anyone get lazy this past week?

    So i decided to take a week off starting last friday, figured it had been around 4 months since the last break, so it would be good. Wanted to do a week, now its been 10 days. My diet has been good exept for christmas eve and night, o yeah and the 4 days of binge drinking. Now i cant get my ass to the gym. I need some motivation. I get home from work and the couch looks a lot nicer then it used to, but by the end of the night im an antsy as hell and angry that i didnt get to the gym. Little help here, maybe a picture of fat lonley guy or something, that says NJLovehandles (and dont make it my real pic, hahaha).

    I just got done with my first workout in about a week. It's been a freaking long time since I've taken a week off, so I feel OK about it. I'm not necessarily gonna start back up yet either. I just wanted to feel a little normal tonight, so I did back and bis. I'm gonna start again after New Years cause I know I can't do my normal routine until after then.

      i took and taking a long break not cause i wanted to but i have to. Im nearly broke, since i work with a school district, ive been out for 2 weeks vacations with no pay. I applyed for seasonal jobs but nothing. So no money, no food nor money to pay gym. For the past 2 weeks ive been eating crap, junk food here and there. This week i didnt go to the gym. Im gonna ask for some money from my parents to start going again. I feel small as hell as to where i was at.

      But thank got for muscle memory, i could easily gain it back. Im at 210 right now from being 230 going down to 203 and then back to 210. A bumpy and suckie ride but I will soon get back where I was at. This time hoping with a new job and more money 5times on what I make, will sure help me achieve my goals.

        good to hear im not the only one, juice im sure you will be fine. I cant waite to go back and after the new year i want to do my first ph stack, should be interesting. Good move addict, i wish i went back just for one day in the past ten, just to feel the pump. Arnold wasnt lying when he said it addicting. Happy holidays boys!!!!!!!

            im a way im glad i needed a break. The last break i got was about in July or August for a week. After than, I would train 5-6 times a week with awesome gains but needed a break. Im gonna feel awesome working out again, its like if i grow in a week or something from all ive lost. Feels great:)

                Yeah, I have been forced into having a break, got a bad case of pharyngitis (again). But hopefully in a few days all can resume back to normal......

                  finals, work, the holidays i had to take some time off. the time is good cuz i needed to let my shoulder rest. today is the first day back in a week and a half. felt good.

                    it's been a month since I trained I've been lazy as shit.ironic part is I work in a gym.may be that is why I haven't worked out,because I am burned out day in day out go to the gym at 5am come home at 9pm.last thing I wanna do is touch another piece of weight.
                    See JUICE some of us have it backwords.but I hope things change for the better for you soon so you can get back on your feet bro. :)

                      Must be the time of year. I'm taking this week off completely, kinda half assed it last week too. Just too much going on with work, home, family, holiday etc.....

                      It is kinda interesting to see how many cheat days I can get in and not gain a pound. Of course I over did it Christmas weekend and had the shits for two days as a result. My body totally rejected all the sweets, candy, cheeses, wine, deviled eggs! Holy hell the deviled eggs! I must have eaten 12-16 over the weekend and EVERYBODY paid the price. LMAO

                        ok, so we have had our break, now its time to get our lazy asses in the gym and get huge. I wish a happy new year to everyone, and i hope we all gain 20 pounds of muscle this year. hehehehehehehehhe. lets go, 2005 is the year we put up weight never thought possable. Peace, you guys are the best
