  • Insert moral support here...

Quit smoking 2 days ago after about 32 years of the habit. Just having a really weak moment here. It will pass. Holy shit this is tough.

    You want some support.

Have you heard about the man that lost his wife and 3 daughters in the cali mudslide while he went out for icecream?

    Thats tough.

When stopping smoking gets tough for you think of this man. He has lost his whole family.

If that commercial of the grandfather that's not there as his grandchild is walking toward him doesn't do it, I don't know what will. That commercials sad. Those things kill you slowly-the sooner you quit, the better.

It said the next time i go for ice cream I'm damn sure taking my family with me!. But, That ain't really funny is it. I'm just trying to be careful about what I say around anybody because when I start talking to anybody it comes out like I am seriously pissed at the world. I'm not really, but the nicotine cravings are screwing with my head.

Nicotine is a very addictive substance, so I can understand the way you feel. But, smoking is a choice just as drugs and alchohol are. So when people develop a problem with them, I can't be all that sympathetic
