Well bro, that was my point. I shut off registration and views of the board for about 4 weeks over cristmas and such. The board has so many people like yourself joining that post nothing but garbage it has slowed the board speed to a crawl. We have Dual Zeon processors running on our server and its still slow. If only people would come here that were actually into the fitness lifestyle the board would be much faster.
