$760 an hour!

I just read in the news that Krispy Kreme is going to pay their new CEO $760 an hour. Holy hell, that is a lot of dough...no pun intended.

Why are they paying him by the hour? A CEO of a company is usually on a salery.

That comes out to something around 14 million a year which is alot of money but compared Steve Balmer the CEO of microsoft or any other big company thats not very much.

I cant figure out why the hell they would pay him hourly.

I heard te company stated it that way so it wouldn't sound like so much. Their way of thinking is $760/hr. sounds better than $14mil/yr. To me, the $14mil/yr sounds better, (less). And you can bet you butt he doesn't get paid by the hour. Can you see a CEO punching a clock? BB
