  • 280 lbs / 19 inch arms ????

Question, I just got the bodyweight up to 280 and arms just got to 19 inches. Nothing special because my proportions aren't that great. Should I just gain more weight for bigger arms to get those last inches? What's the secret. Should I think about site injections (not synthol) to stretch the fascia or just expect an inch with each additional ten pounds of bodyweight gained???

Weight dosent really mean your arms will get bigger. I know guys that are 210lbs with 20 inch arms. I also know guys that are 300lbs with 19 inch arms. its genetics.

Well, I'm the biggest guy in my family ever. My Dad was about 180 lbs when he was my age. I really don't know how big I could be. I plan on growing with as much LBM as my heart can handle so I think that 21 inch arms are within my reach in the next two years.
SC, are you saying that if I start shaping my arms, they will have the illusion of being bigger?

yup, thats what happens. If u got a guy with a bulky 19" arm and another with an 17-18" sculpted ripped to the bone, which one is gonna look bigger. I;d go with the ripped one.

Im 210 right now with 18inch guns. Ive maintained them, since i cut down from last year.

At 240lbs, my arms were 20"s. Now, at 265lbs, they are at 20 1/8...not much of a difference. You either have em, or ya don't. Weight gain has little to do with it, unless you want them covered in a couple inch layer of fat.

I dont know if this works for everybody, but Ive been monitoring my arms with measuring tape I think for the last year or so? And Ive noticed every 10+ pounds I gain I gained exactly half an inch on each arm....I have some shitty ass genetics but I have very low fat & decent cuts so most people tell me I look alot bigger when I tell them what I weigh. Its all about illusion....and doin curls under the best lighting in the weight room lol
