  • Just ate..

Sweet Italian Sausage cooked on the grill with fried onions and bell peppers, and a touch of mustard. Washed it down with a cold pepsi.

I love the winter. I eat like a fat pig.

Spedies are the same thing as shishkabobs. Those people in Central New York think they're cool and call them spedies.

they were invented here in upstate NY...not much really just a special marinade on the chicken...I can send you a bottle or two and you can try them out...most people out of this area have never heard of them. they are quite good though.

we don't think....we KNOW we are cool...and they aren't the same, the spiedie part is because of the sauce otherwise it would just be chicken. :D

I have been eating only fast food for 5-6 weeks. I had A large roast beef w/ chedder, a chicken bacon and swiss, large curly fries, and a half pint of peanut butter cup ice cream. I am getting big, but not as fat as last winter. One difference: GROTH + CYNOMEL. I still cant believe how lean I stay on groth...it's really amazing.
