Actually, by using "by" youre informing the audience of your contribution to the article, since there is no other authors listed and you failed to credit the real author, youre implying the article was soley written by yourself, which in court, will be defiend as plagiarism.

While I do not agree with your legal analysis on several legal theories....I agree that we disagree and respect your opinion.....and if I have misrepresented myself to the board I respectfully submit my deepest apologies..It was not my intent to mislead anyone...but to simply provide information to the board. I would like to put this behind an move forward with responsible posts and appropriate responses.....I hope the members will afford me that opportunity....I would never do anything to jeopardize this board or my chosen profession.

Unforuntately, these are not theories, these are applicable to the law. My advice to you is to correct the articles you have posted with the proper author, or delete them all together.

quick suggestion, if you're going to state that your medical conditions are none of our business, don't volunteer the details of them to us. If you're going to plainly state your medical conditions, your hemotologists opinions, your use of cialis and it's effect on your penis, you can probably expect a response of some form or another.
