  • PumpDogg Down For The Count

Okay i will type this one handed as best i can. I fell out of the attic of my garage, landing on top of my sportbike. Broke my collar bone, fractured my ankle and have possible fracture in my neck. I see an ortho Monday. Not to mention it scuffed the hell out of my bike. Just when i thought this would be a great spring and summer :( How much do u all think i should reduce my calories by? I was eating between 2100-2500 a day getting ready for spring. Right now i cant do anything except tv playststion etc oh and eat:D

Damn brother sorry to hear about that. I would just take it easy and eat as clean as possible. How long do they expect you to be down for?

Not really sure yet. The ER was very vague at best. I had to tell them to take out my IV. I think it is 6 weeks for the collar bone, I'll have allot better idea Monday.
Thanks for the kind words ya'll

but it really could have been worse. take the time off, and relax. get better bro. i agree you should try and eat clean so that the weight don't sneak up on you. i broke a leg and dislocated my hip, a few years back and it sucks not being able to do anything but don't try and speed up your recovery just take it slow. take care.
