I hope you purchased the servie plan. I did that w/my last hdtv and it saved my ass. The green projetor went bad, a best buy tech came out to fix it, ended up pouring the coolant from the projector onto the ckt board, thus destroying it completely. They gave me full credit value of what I paid for that tv 3yrs prior and I ended up w/a bigger and better hdtv. And the one I purchased was on sale that week so it worked out w/my credit to where I basically paid $50. for a new tv and 4yr service plan. Good deal, eh?
