Eagles should have won. I am Falcons fan for life, but the Eagles were the better team going into the bowl. I wanted them to win.

i am by no means a philly or pats fan but this game was the eagles to win. the pats were no where near firing on all cylinders and philly played like a rookie team. ie simple but costly mistakes. that mis-managment of the clock at the end was inexcusable. no hurry or fire when it was crunch time. it was like they didn't know they only had 2 minutes left. philly could pass on the pats at will and why they didn't use that to thier advantage i do not know. if the pats were firing on all cylinders the eagles wouldn't have been able to make it so close. dynasty!?? not so sure but they are strong.

Lets get something straight guys. The pats are a dynasty. They are a great football team. There is a reason the eagles played so shitty and that is because the pats were in there face all night.

With that said, if the eagles hadnt turned the ball over 4 times and handled the clock play a little better they would have won that game. Its there own fault and they deserved to loose with all there stupid fucking mistakes.

Did you even watch the game? Yes, there was a very big question on who would win. The eagles dominated the first quater. After that they turned the ball over 4 times and made alot of shitty calls. Even you have to admit that it was the eagles that lost this for themselves.

:agree: Belichick has only been with the Pats for 5 years...Brady has only been there 4 years....the Pats have won 3 out of the last 4 Superbowls....I would have to say that they are a dynasty and as long as they keep the team together they will go on to win many more! Philly had so many chances to win that game but blew it! They will be back again next year...I hope!

Jesus, that was just rediculous!! WALKING to the line of scrimmage with less than 2 minutes on the clock, catching the 1 yard pass when they could have stopped the clock by knocking it down, calling only 1 play in the huddle instead of also calling the next play to save time.....lack of experience or just inattention to their situations killed these guys.

Time management is definitely what put the nail in the Eagles' coffin. Better clock management could have allowed them to get within field goal range and then give them a chance to win. College coaches and players even know that much. OTOH, props go to both teams but I would have like to see the Eagles get that one.

yes he did. and you know what, if it were up to me i would have given him the MVP. he made every effort to help his team. that guy really has heart. the media has tried to destoy his image and make him a bad guy but he is showing that he really is a good guy.

I heard T.O. on sports center saying that if it were Brett Farve they would of called him a warrior, but since it's T.O. he's selfish by wanting to help his team. I hadn't even thought of that. It's totally true. They need to start showing him the respect he deserves.

:agree: I agree but I guess because of his on the field antics they don't look at him the same way! If you look at the way his childhood was and how far he has come it is an amazing story in itself. The man is an awesome player that is willing to put his career on the line for his team...that is truly unselfish!

Total BS, they got lucky in this game, eagles had them, they got lucky in the rams superbowl too. Plus they didnt make the playoffs one year during this 4 year span. Also, they shoudnt have made it to one of those superbowls, they got lucky with that BS "tuck rule" against the raiders.

Good teams make their own luck by playing top notch ball, as the Pats have for many years. Call it luck if you wish, I call it being properly prepared and playing as a team. BB
