Anyone read it? I was at the Book store picking up "strengh Training Anatomy" when i came upon his book,..i was wondering if it was good... Sounded like a good book..

i'm reading it right now. just about finished with it....it's a good book but i think a lot of his stories are VERY over-stated. he certainly whines about a lot of stuff in it as well. overall it's a good read...there have been several touching moments.
