any advice on nitric oxide? does it work well enough to justify it's big price tag? oral supplements or cream?

Don't bother with it! I've used it and it does work good for that department, but there are some unknown risks about raising your system's NO2, a bro on this board sent me a clinical study on it! also raises blood pressure
