Its amazing what happens when we take time off from the gym and or juice. Since being out of the gym working on 5 weeks now i hate to get undressed.. lol

wow... i never thought being away from it all would make such a huge difference.
question though, and please excuse me if this sounds ignorant but i'm not exactly an expert in many respects... if/when he bulks up again will it be easier because of muscle memory, or will the myriad of chemicals do it for him? i read something a while back saying it's easy to get bigger again after already having done it once, any truth to this?

i read that Levrone used to do that, take a good amount of time off and lose size. But when came to a show hes back huge again.
