I think he is around 9-10%bf and no 7% is not contest. 4-5% is contest and trust me 4-5 compared to 7% is a very big difference. Also there is no way in hell bro that he is near Vander's size. Also, yes I was about his size when that movie came out. No I dont have pics but you can ask Diplomats and he will tell you how big I was when I was 210lbs. I have recently gone down in weight so I can pursue my long waited oppurtunity in Judo.
