I didnt mean to anger you bro but to reply, I started lifting at 20 and I was 145 25% at 6', Im now 218 8% at 23 and I traina nd cardio all the time becasue Im a fighter so Id venture to say Id be at least 235 or so if it wasnt for all the cardio training etc. Either way Id say 145 to 218 dropping17%bf in three years is pretty good and trust me Im way bigger than vin has ever been.Originally posted by therock
