  • just had surgery =(

    just had surgery on my shoulder and wont be able to lift for a couple of months. half teh cartlige in my shoulder was gone, my arm just fell out of place with some of the easiest movements. i have to say this is the worst surgery i have had so far. it is even worse than my acl/mcl/meniscus surgery.

    sounds pretty miserable... sorry about that bro...

    work on cardio and get nice and lean in the mean time...

      thanx man, ya i kno i gotta hop on cardio quick last time i had surgery i gained 30 pounds =/ aint lettin that happen again also this will giev me some time to focus on my legs

              Injuries and recoveries suck. Since you've been down that road before you know what you need to do. Eat clean, cardio, train what you can and be patient so you recover fully. Hope you're not hurting for long.

                thanks all ya it is painfull and i just found out that they shaved my armpit lol. ya i kno i gotta stay on a clean clean diet cnt drive any where so no mcdonalds stops for me for a while:D

                    Thats my biggest fear-doing something that keeps me out of the gym for months!! Hope ya get better soon-sounds like its time to get shredded while you're healing!

                        Don't worry bro, the time away from the gym is gonna make you real hungry to hit the weights hard when you are fully better. But don't rush the recovery too far ahead just because you're too keen to get back into training, it will only result in a worse problem.
