  • My plans and a little rant, please read..

Time to start the cutting diet. I was on a "bulking diet" since the beginning of NFL season and every weekend I had about 10 pizzas, wings, and so on. I have also stayed true to myself and have been off steroids, insulin, gh and so on for 5 months now. Thats pretty good for a guy that was on for 2 and a half years straight.

Didnt loose any weight since I have been off, I actually gained weight. That is due to the fact that I started eating tons of cals in fear of loosing size once I came off. My goal now is to lean down naturally and then maybe go back on test in a few months. It will only be 500-750mgs week and thats it. I went too far last time and I couldnt see that what I was doing was hurting my body. I was injecting 5-6 times a day, (test, slin,gh) and taking countless pills of winny, dbol, ephedrine and so on. I really had to take a step back and look at myself, it took sana yelling at me and my grandfather dieing to realize that I was out of control. My kidneys always had a dull ache, I was always catching colds, and I was putting my fist threw more doors and walls then I can remember.

My point in posting this is to maybe show some people that this life can be taken to far. Im lucky that I never got involved with rec drugs, and that I have such a great family and girlfriend, otherwise I would problly be dead or in jail.

So now here I sit drinking my water and eating my oatmeal feeling better then ever after being off for more then 5 months. Bodybuilding and the whole lifestyle is still very much my life but the main difference now is, I know whats really important. If you dont have your health and you dont have family then you have nothing!

Be safe and thanks for listening.

Well said, glad all is well. Keep it that way. It's easy to lose sight of things, but that is where good friends and family come in...hopefully.

I'm proud of you for sticking to what you said you were going to do. It is hard not to use once you have tasted the results and the feeling of being on. This will be an easy transition for ya Biggin, keep us posted on your progress.

        PD

Question - you said you've gained a little weight. How's your strength holding up?

Held up pretty good on most things. Things like bench, squat, and deads droped a bit.

Great post. Having strong support around you makes everything in your life worth it, if you want to live positively.

Also it's great that Sana stuck with you and helped you to improve. Really shows the great person she is and how much she cares for you.

Have you had any bloodwork done recently to see how your body's recovered thus far? You don't have to go to a doc to order tests, there are several online services and you can pick and choose what you want.
