Clearing all of Explorer's cookies?

I know the simple things of using Tools, but I know that it leaves cookies around other places. How do I go about clearing it all off?

go to the start button, hit settings, control panel, and then internet options. under the 'general' tab you can hit 'delete cookies.' that's the simple way at least. other utilities probably do a better job of it, but they're not free : ) I have windows xp, but I use the 'classic' setup, like win 98 so some of those tabs might be a little different using the xp format. hope this at least points you in the right direction though.

I use a security program called steganos. It clears EVERYTHING everytime the browser is closed out (you can pick and choose what goes or stays)
