thoughts on cable machines?

What do you think? Can you build mass on a cable machine. ie bowflex, crossbow

If your into bodybuilding that stuff wont do the trick. Your not gonna get the physique you want using a bowflex. JMO

I'd put money on it that all those guys that advertise that stuff didnt get that way by using whatever their advertising i.e., bowflex or soloflex or whatever else.

Exactly. I NEVER met a guy with a strong body who said he got it with Bow/Soloflex. And for proof they don't work, go to ebay and check out how many are for sale there!
