Recent ones are his son. Guy was pretty amazing. I just noticed that Costco is selling Perdue instead of Tyson chicken (in the big bags). Good stuff.

Yeah, when I went last week I was surprised to see the switch. I've got a bag of Perdue defrosting right now.

Yep, I guess Costco has switched all over to perdue chicken now.

I marinated the chicken all day. Stromba's grilling it now. I went to PF Changs for dinner so I'll try out the chicken tomorrow. Perdue looked better than the other stuff, the tendon wasn't as prominent and there were only a few pieces to pull off the white thin thing off of (we call that gadoo).

We had some off the grill yesterday. Maybe it's me, but it tasted better than Tyson's. Seems like better quality for sure.
