Actually, AAS are both sterols and steroids. The 17-OH (if not esterified) makes it a sterol. Other sterols include PH's like 1 and 4-androstenediol, 1,4-androstadienediol. My point is, some sterols really will get you as huge as steroids, LOL.

Today I was talking about my cutting diet with a friend who is into BB competitions. I was rudely interrupted by some random guy who "angerily' told me the best thing I could do is drink 2 beers a day mininmum and 1 glass of wine as part of a postwork meal. He was f******* militant about it...following me around making his points. The only supplement he used. He read it in several magazines blah blah. Has anyone heard anything like this.

      *BTW he looked like shit.
Judging by your attitude on this board I bet you piss people off in the gym and then read them the gym rules on etiquete:ghey:

I've never had problems with bad advice at the gym...actually the opposite. When I first started learning how to squat, one of the power lifters came over and helped me out. The only other time someone talked to me about training was when I was watching him on the donkey press...I told him I hadn't used it yet and he showed me how to do it. His legs were nicely developed and I've been happy with using the machine as he advised.

I've seen trainers training poorly though and I soooo want to say something but I keep it to myself. I can't stand it when I see them chit-chatting with a client through reps, TEACH them what to do and how to do it right. GEEZ!

Don't you have anything better to do than post idiotic replies to every post this guy makes--get a life! Try making a semi-intelligent posting of your own. Either contribute or shut the f--k up!

I guess you went with an orange fictional cat becuause FORUM TROLL was taken? LOOK AT ME IM AN ATTENTION WHORE. Give it up guy its getting old.

"When trolls are ignored they step up their attacks, desperately seeking the attention they crave. Their messages become more and more foul, and they post ever more of them. Alternatively, they may protest that their right to free speech is being curtailed -- more on this later.

The moderator of a message board may not be able to delete a troll's messages right away, but their job is made much harder if they also have to read numerous replies to trolls. They are also forced to decide whether or not to delete posts from well-meaning folks which have the unintended effect of encouraging the troll."

Yup, you're supposed to drink two 40's and go do some squats and deads.

I heard that one, but I think you also had to have a bottle of Jose Cuervo to do shots between sets, or at least that is what I do. :drunk:

Actually sounds like some sort of european thing IMO.
As an Englishman I can tell you it sounds like a pretty stupid thing to me, from what NYMitch said, it sounds to be like the guy saying you should drink beer post workout needs mental help :thumbsdow
