A home interior club thing. Our room is upstairs. I never seen a group of ladies get so upset huffing and puffing, complaining about it being hot, because they have to go up and down about 15 steps. Then they were looking for help to carry a bunch of stuff and I just pretended I was too busy since I was the only one here. Plus I had a painful quad inject that is really knotted up, so I can't go up the stairs right now anyways. haha

Sounds like they need to do those 15 steps about 100x--every day--for a year! Look at it as being helpful by not helping them--you're helping them take care of their bodies by getting some badly needed exercise.
