    I quit my cutting diet last night and ate foods my body is not used to--pizza, burger, ice cream, cookies, soda--and stayed up all night paying for it! Going to naples, fl for a week of vacation and I was hoping to make a smooth transition from strict diet to eating whatever I want--not so apparently. Well, I'm going back to the toilet for the eighteenth time tonight! Talk to y'all later--Naples, here I come!!

      LOL That was me a week ago. I have been on a strict diet for 3 weeks before having my first cheat. I ate about two handfuls of corn ships with a Jalepeno cheese dip. Had to take immodium after that. lol

        same here ive been eating still all the calories and proteins i need but have alot of of junk food too. I feel luck havent gained any nasty fat around my body yet, gotta stop before it does.

          LOL Glad I'm not the only one! I was fine all day but a couple of days ago I mentioned I had a craving for ice cream, so last night hubby went out and surprised me with ice cream and some fixings (dark chocolate syrup and wet walnuts). I didn't eat much, maybe half a cup of ice cream, but my body just couldn't handle it and I was up half of the night like you. Grrrrrrrrrrr!

            last night we made some grilled burgers outside in the bbq pit. Ate like 3 huge ones with a huge bag of chips. Couldnt help my self, before that ate some kfc snackers too, and by the end of the night had like 8 budweisers. I gotta stop this, dont wanna look like a ball of lard on the summer.:(

              'evil doers' and 'sinners'!

              My diet has been clean for a few weeks now but last night at a BBQ I ate a plate of french frys, 2 cheese burgers, few beers, potato salad, ice cream...and I loved it too. I felt sick.

              Back to the clean diet.
