        I know they allow that in PL meets but weather or not they allow it, you do know your setting yourself up for some big back problems when you get older. Not flaming you bro, just letting you know that just because that is allowed dosent mean it wont fuck you up.

          I'm glad my arch is so impressive that you guys are worried about me having back problems haha. To be honest it doesn't really mess with my back at all it just came naturally. Before I started arching I had major shoulder issues, so if you ask me this is a much better trade off

            Glad you have yourself convinced that because it doesn't bother you now that you're not going to have back problems in the future. You are seriously setting yourself up for major back problems if you cotinue to use that type of technique, whether you choose to believe it or not. Don't take it the wrong way I wasn't flaming you. I couldn't do 365 if I bent myslef in half.

                  that's exactly what i'm going for it trying to make it a decline bench. PL is about moving the most weight with the best form you can

                    Well a lot of guys have been arching for decades and I haven't heard of any back problems being caused from it. I know you are not flaming and I appreciate your concern it's just that I have never heard a PL say anything about having back problems from arching

                      Regarudless of the arch, you had nice form and I didn't expect to see those dips go so deep. nice work.

                      Not to sound bitter, but, I find it amusing the amount of sites that followed MMI's example for training vids.
