  • Need quick fad diet help

    Long story short is im in college, and I'm working on a proposal paper...I'm proposing eating more of the right foods to lose weight...I was supposed to have to turn this in friday, turns out my teacher made a mistake and finals are scheduled on friday so he emails the class TODAY, saying that this paper has to be turned in tomorrow

    needless to say I don't have time to do the bibliography write the paper, and research all the fad diets, so I'm looking for the following

    which fad diets say eat more to lose weight (i think atkins?), and which encourage to hardly eat anything (extremely low amount of carbs) to get the weight off

    It's probably bad to generalize but here goes anyway:
    Atkins: no carbs, unlimited protein and fat - no calorie restriction
    South Beach: healthy sources of carbs, protein and fat with balanced proportions of each - no calorie restriction
    Zone Diet: 40/30/30% calories from each - ? calorie restriction
    Dr. Phil: :ghey: J/K I don't know what he says.
    Ketogenic Diet: low carbs and restricted calories

      thanks, i have to present the proposal with a visual aid, so i'm trying to think of something to do with these diet plans
