Well if it was concept in 1999, wouldn't they have made it by now if they were going to? Cool car but impractical for where I live--it only has like 6" of clearance and with the amount of snow we get, it would work for about 5months of the year.

Yea, wheels are kinda weird, but the lines are amazing. That windshield angle has to be less than 30 degrees.
