  • Grilled pizza tonight!

I just got done eating some of the best pizza I've ever had, and I've had a lot of pizza! I made whole wheat dough and grilled it on my Weber and then made 3 different pizzas with different toppings, but all healthy. 100% whole wheat pizza dough and toppings like chicken, chicken sausage, canadian bacon. Used olive oil on one pizza--anyway I'm rambling, but you gotta try making pizza on the grill. It can be a damn good meal that tastes like a cheat meal but is reasonably healthy.

Now I'm gonna have some real cheat food--ice cream!

I just ate a large pizza w/extra cheese and a butter and parmesan crust. Completely unhealthy but damn was it good.

Weird, my girlfriend made us pizza tonight. She took some polska sausage, sliced it and pan seared it, then sauted mushrooms and onions together, put all that and some diced bell peppers, some corn, and cheese. Tasted wonderful.

The grill idea does sound like fun.

Megadeth's "In My Darkest Hour"...I'm still a little bitter, confused, angered and hurt by my past relationship.

Its always fun to grill, especially in the summer. But it's even better to find a new healthy meal that tastes good. It was super fast too-it took like 10minutes to make.

I'm sure the Webber maked the difference though, and I don't have one :(

I think as long as you don't have a direct flame it would work fine. You just can't get it too hot or you'll burn the crust before it's cooked.
