My wife is now 20 weeks along and had a level 2 ultrasound today. It is a boy :elephant:. My 5 year old son will be somewhat disappointed as he wanted a little sister but I am sure he will get over it, LOL. He told my wife a few weeks ago that if it is a boy, he will put it back :eek: . I told him I thought that mommy might put up a struggle on that one, LOL.

Yeah, we were kind of keeping a low profile on this one. We had a miscarrage the last time at 19 weeks ( that was a boy too) and it was really difficult for my wife to get over. That time though, it was obvious to me that the pregnancy was not going well. My wife was violently ill all the time to the point she was throwing up blood at times. This was nearly 24 hours a day the whole time she was pregnant. I was not too surprised when we finally lost the baby. This time, things are much better. She isn't so sick all the time and she is never as sick as she was with the last one. The baby appears to be healthy so far so I think she is getting over her fear of another miscarrage.
