I'm pretty sure that the interior plane pic of the flag draped caskets had to be smuggled out. There was and still is a Whitehouse ban on all photos and video at Dover AFB (or anywhere else) where the bodies of our fallen sevicemen arrive. This is only true for this administration however and has never been prohibited before by any other president. There was a huge flap over it because the photos were released to the mainstream media and the Bush Administration wanted no one to see these caskets in such numbers because it would most likely turn public opinion against the war in Iraq, especially in the early stages. These men and women died in service to our country and deserve better than to be hidden from public view. I'm glad Bouncer posted that pic. It shows the ultimate sacrifice that these troops are willing to make for their country.
