It's a combination of acting, viagra, imagination and physical stimulation.

Just my two cents but that study referenced above had to have been a little skewed. First of all any male who agrees to a 50/50 chance of having another male give him oral is less than straight. And it's just my opinion but it doesn't matter if you're giving or receiving, at any time you're having sexual relations of any sort with someone of the same sex.....you're homosexual.
