User Reputation Options

If you notice the little scale looking thing in the upper right hand corner when you make a post. Its a reputation counter. If you think someone makes a good post or a bad post you can click that little scale and give them a reputation count. As you rep goes up so do those green dots under your post count.

It pretty much what karma is on elite fitness. I feel that it can serve some good if used correctly.
