You're right, Stone. I've made the decision as I've gotten older to worry more about protecting my body than taking shortcuts. Hell, even my GYN won't put me on the pill because of my health history, AAS and pretty much anything else is a no-no for me at this stage. Train hard, eat right, be healthy, get help where you really need it but do it carefully and monitor yourself religiously. Catching problems very early on will often be your only saving grace.

If you're not checking your liver enzymes and your cholestorol levels before and after each cycle then you're a dumbass.

I hate to say it but if you're willing to put the money up for AS, take the chance with doing something illegal, hit the gym hard, focus on a diet, and all these things...........And then you don't put up a few extra bucks to check your body out....something is seriously wrong.

My prayers go out to his soul and his family, I hope people learn from these things, too many are passing away recently...what a shame.

All those who want to their first cycle and don't want to inject should really keep this in mind. They always want to do an oral only cycle and think it can't be as bad since they aren't using a needle.

                            MAN DIES OUTSIDE AREA COURTROOM
Officials in Blair County say a man died outside a courtroom just after he and his business partners won an injunction against their landlord. Officials say 38-year-old Michael Hoover, a co-owner of an Altoona fitness center, died Friday afternoon just minutes after a judge ordered his landlord to turn water back on as part of a rent dispute. Hoover's partner in the gym David Bongiorno says Hoover turned to him in the hallway and told him he wasn't feeling well. Bongiorno says he placed Hoover on the floor and attempted CPR. When that didn't work, he yelled for someone to call nine-one-one. Ambulance crews tried to revive Hoover but were unsuccessful. Bongiorno says Hoover had kidney problems.
