Just bought a motorcycle

Damn expensive toys, payed 10 g's for mine then about a month later i was pulled over on the highway for speeding and recived a nice $1100 fine 3 month suspension and 26 days jail time (jail time was dropped)... Rcmp said he caught me on radar going 230km in a 110 zone, said he had caught me from on top of a bridge and by the time he got off the bridge i was long gone... I had to slow down because i was entering the city limits thats when i saw the pretty lights behind me... damn fun toy... sold the bike the next summer..

The R1 was my first choice of bike that I was gonna get, but then I took a ride on a busa, and unfortunately, my bodybuilder mentallity took over and I want more power instead. Are you going to switch it to an underseat exhaust like the 04 & 05?

not in the immediate future, I don't have the money, plus the custom D&D exhaust I'm not sure how that would work.

Holy shit, I can't even tell you what an experience this bike is, it is scary fast. I have a great deal of healthy fear in me, road for 150 miles today all up and down the coast.

yeah, been riding dirt bikes all my life, well this is a long shot from a dirt bike, thing went up on me 3 times within the first ten minutes on it, I've got a good grip on it now but still glad to be taking it easy lol.

Awsome. Yeah keep taking it easy. I have ridden alot but never owned. Alot of people I know that jumped into that big of a bike as a first time buyer, didn't respect it's power and got hurt.

yep, my best friend's first bike was a busa and he dipped it once, was all he needed as a wake up call.

the first street bike i owned was a 2001 cbr 929 erion and i think i will stay on 4 wheels. i am just to stupid to have a 200mph object. i have no self control when it comes to speed. i am constantly acting inappropriate cuz i can. in the city it is just to easy to pull a wheely and hit a car or something like that. Becareful muggsy and get a good feel before you "act out".

Careful on the throttle there muggs. Last thing you need is to pop a wheelie that you weren't ready for, and that bike will easily.
