  • I Think I Have A Problem.

For the past year now almost everyday i feel like i have something wrong with me and i don't really know what it is. I'm mainly worried it may be my heart, but other things bother me too. i've been to three or four different doctors that have told me i have nothing wrong with me that it is just anxiety, but i can't convince myself to believe them. i even try to tell myself that nothings wrong with me but i can't believe myself either. i really can't enjoy my life to the fullest because of it. i year ago i just started having panic attacks all of a sudden but they quit, but ever since then i feel there is something wrong with my health. i've been planning to run a light test only cycle but i keep pushing it back because i'm scared it may seriously harm me if i do it. i don't know guys but it's seriously bringing me down, it has been. i've always been a compulsive worrier my whole life and people say that has to do with it. i don't know if there is something seriously wrong with me or if i'm just a damn hypochondriac.

What exactlly do you think is wrong with you? Do you have any signs or symptoms of anything? Aches or pain? If not then yes. you are a hypochondriac.

Well, if you've been to a few docs and they all say you're fine, then yea, it's just anxiety and you're a hypochondriac. Perhaps some chocamine or rhodiola rosea might help to settle you down.

You should tell the doctor that instead of just telling you that its anxiety or that your a hypochondriac that it would be nice if they could treat your problem ...Theres medication for both .....You could be giving yourself more problems by not getting treatment ...

Well bro, if you have had blood work, urine sample, and all the test done and they all say you are fine, then you are fine.

yeah, i have medicine, but when i take it, it wacks me out and makes me feel like complete shit and makes me tired. i've had my heart checked, bloodwork, the whole nine yards, even went to a heart specialists. the only thing they could find was mvp and that was it, and thats not even suppossed to be a big deal. i don't know if i'm just letting worrying get the best of me. it just doesn't seem normal to get these pains, and i don't wanna live the rest of my life on depression meds.

Have you recently bulked up? Alot of times when you holding alot of extra weight that your not used too, your body just feels like shit. You dont feel like doing anything and so on. You dont realize it until you lean back up and you start feeling great again.

ya, sounds to me like a depressed/anxiety problem. just know that you are just fine. contact your doc again and let him know the medicine your taking is making you feel like shit.
