WHY don't you do this first ...sence you have reservations go back to the doctor first and try to get to the bottom of this problem..........You wont enjoy nor benefit from a cycle until you can resolve this anxiety in my opinion ....Then come back and we'll sent you up with a simple Test only cycle ...Originally posted by buccaneer19it's a very shitty feeling. out of the research i've done about test, i've got mixed feelings, i need a couple of opinions. do you think a light test only cycle would harm me and make things worse??

stress and anxiety can give you those aches and pains too, it's amazing how the mind can control the body. unfortunately, anxiety attacks are often self-feeding, in that you start having these aches, have an anxiety attack about them, think the anxiety attack is making it worse, etc...
it's hard to think ahead in the midst of a panic attack, but my dr. gave me an interesting suggestion in coping temporarily while having one. assess the level of anxiety you have, and assign it a number of 1 through 10. in fifteen minutes, come back and reassess it, and assign it another number. you'll notice it's actually getting better, cause your adrenal glands can only pack so much punch at once! it'll dissipate, and you'll feel better knowing it's getting better. in the meantime, talk to your dr. about the meds. they all affect people differently, and often you need to try more than one, or sometimes combinations of meds, to even out.
best of luck to you bro, and let us know how you're doing in the future!

Sounds like you've got a good, caring doc, hlcn. Unfortunately, most general practitioners are not equipped to propperly treat and manage anxiety issues.
Buccaneer, try getting yourself into a phsychologist where they can help you get to the root of the problem instead of just medicating it. There are stress and anxiety management centers where there will be therapy sessions as well as medication and these doctors listen to you and when one med isn't working or making you more stressed out they will work with you to find the right one, usually having several doctors working in conjuncton with one another, kinda like getting a second oppinion on treatment procedures.
Wishing you the best!

Hey buccaneer19,
sounds a lot like general anxiety. It might be job related, school, gf, whatever, it doesn't really matter because you are feeling it and aren't sure why. All of this stuff makes you worry about it and further complicates things like in a downward spiral of worry. Every little ache or pain gets magnified. This is understandable. Why don't you pick up some Gabatropin? Just try a mild dose to see how you feel. It will relax you but not make you sluggish or sleepy and actually calms you but you still stay alert. Good stuff for focus. It's probably available from one of our board sponsors. Check it out.

I'm sure most of us have some type of anxiety in our lives ...some just to a different degree than others ..IN my opinion with your concerns it would benefit you to consult a physician and get to the bottom of this so you'll at least have a piece of mind before taking on something like AAS ....Originally posted by buccaneer19out of curiousity, has anyone here with any type of anxiety problems ever done a light cycle? i'm really trying to find out all i can about this before i do it.

I have some experience in this area. It REALLY sounds like anxiety or panic attack. Just curious are you running anything right now? When was the last time you got a full checkup. If not get a clean bill of health. Did they do an ECG/EKG (they prob. already did). If so what were the results. They found nothing right? I think its "in your head" There is medication to help deal with anxiety disorders.
